However you take payment in person today, keep it. Batchly is not the processor at a dispensary counter and does not want to be one. The register rings the sale, the inventory moves, the ID check is logged, and the money moves on your own device beside it. Batchly records the sale and the amount; it never touches the card. When you add or switch providers, nothing about Batchly changes.
Orders placed ahead by text or phone land as itemized sales in the same books as the counter, and pickup orders sit in the same queue and order history as everything else the register rang.
