Turn on delivery in your Online tab and the store page gets a Delivery choice next to Pickup. The customer enters an address (the zip is checked against your zone), picks a date, and sees your window and fee before they pay. Orders after your cutoff roll to the next delivery day. Paid orders land on that day's route marked Paid, so your driver never asks for money at the door, and the order confirmation hands every customer a tracking link that shows status, window, ETA and amount due, never the address.
