Who we are

Batchly is a retail operating system operated by AgentMachine LLC. Retail businesses (“merchants”) use Batchly to run point of sale, inventory, and payments. Batchly also operates a text-messaging program — order updates and restock reminders — that Batchly sends to customers who opt in. This policy explains how we handle information for our merchants and for the people who opt in to Batchly’s messages.

Information we handle

Merchant account data — business name, staff logins, and settings.
Customer contact data — names, phone numbers, email addresses, purchase and membership history collected at the counter or online.
Transaction data — amounts, dates, and gateway transaction identifiers. We never store full card numbers — card data is handled by our payment gateway and never touches Batchly.
Usage data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide the service — process sales, manage inventory and memberships, and send Batchly’s order-update and restock-reminder text messages to customers who opt in.
To secure the platform, prevent fraud, and reconcile payments.
To provide support and comply with legal obligations.

Text messaging

Phone numbers you provide are used to send the Batchly text messages described in our SMS / Messaging Terms — order updates and restock reminders. Messages in this program are sent by Batchly. Your mobile information and SMS opt-in data are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run Batchly (such as our hosting, payment gateway, and messaging carriers), each bound to protect it, and as required by law. Businesses using Batchly are responsible for the customer data they collect using Batchly.

Data security

Data is tenant-isolated so one business cannot access another’s. Payment credentials are encrypted, and card data stays with the gateway. We apply access controls and audit trails to protect against misuse.

Your choices

You can opt out of texts at any time (reply STOP), and you may contact us to request access to or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law.
