The short version: If you opt in, you may receive text messages from Batchly with order updates and restock reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Who is sending these messages

Text messages in this program — order updates and restock reminders — are sent by Batchly, a retail operating system operated by AgentMachine LLC. Batchly is the sender of every message in this program; messages are not sent on behalf of any store.

The messages you may receive

Order & pickup updates — order confirmations, ready-for-pickup notices, and status changes.
Restock reminders — a heads-up when an item you buy regularly is back in stock or due for a refill.

How you consent

You opt in to Batchly’s texts by an express action: checking the consent box on our opt-in form, or by texting START to (702) 760-7515. Providing your phone number alone does not opt you in. Consent is never a condition of any purchase.

Opting out — reply STOP

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from Batchly. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages, except where you later opt in again. To resume, reply START.

Getting help — reply HELP

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@batchly.shop.

Frequency, rates, and delivery

Message frequency varies based on your activity with Batchly.
Message and data rates may apply — these are set by your mobile carrier, not by Batchly.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your number is used only to deliver the Batchly messages described above. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
