Usage

Clay on stone. Leave it be.

The mark is a price tag in clay with an ink corner, leaning 20 degrees. It ships that way on purpose.

    Clay mark on warm stone or white. Ink wordmark. No recoloring, no gradients, no outlines, no drop shadows.

    It already leans. Straightening it or tipping it more turns it into a different logo.

    Clear space on every side of at least a quarter of the mark's width. Do not place it on busy photographs.

Local delivery on the shop's own drivers

Batchly added local delivery to the register. The shop sets its zone, cutoff and fee; customers choose delivery on the store page, by text or by phone; the day's orders build tonight's route, and drivers see their stops on their own phones. Every order gets a tracking link. Included in the $99 a month plan, with no percentage of the order.

Dual pricing laws by state

Batchly published a plain-English, state-by-state reference on cash discount and credit card surcharge rules. Cash discounting is permitted in all 50 states; surcharging is restricted or capped in a few. The guide is written for shop owners, not lawyers, and says so: it is not legal advice, and merchants should verify with counsel and their processor.
